The R.E.F.O.R.G.E. Protocol is a structured coaching program for people who are ready to stop living from old patterns and start becoming the person they know they can be.

Becoming your authentic self is some of the hardest work you will ever do, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Through guided reflection, shadow work, accountability, and real-world action, we work together to understand who you have become, release what no longer belongs to you, and build a stronger foundation for the life you actually want to live.

Who is this for?

R.E.F.O.R.G.E. is for people who know something needs to change, even if they cannot fully explain what that change is yet.

It may be right for you if:

You struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, avoidance, anxiety, or lack of direction.

The R.E.F.O.R.G.E. Framework

R: Reveal

We begin by identifying the patterns, beliefs, and stories that have been shaping your life.

E: Examine

We take an honest look at where those patterns came from and how they are affecting you now.

F: Face

We confront the parts of yourself you have avoided, rejected, or hidden from.

O: Offload

We begin releasing what no longer serves you, including old expectations, inherited beliefs, shame, and survival patterns.

R: Reclaim

We identify the values, strengths, desires, and parts of yourself that are ready to come forward.

G: Ground

We create structure, practices, and accountability to stabilize the new identity you are building.

E: Embody

We move from insight to integration, helping you live from this new foundation in your daily life.

How it works

The R.E.F.O.R.G.E. Protocol is a structured, 7-phase program. Each phase builds on the last, giving you the space to actually understand, process, and apply the work in a real way.

We move at whatever pace allows the work to land, not just be completed. This is a commitment. Not just to the sessions, but to yourself and the work.

Sessions include:

Guided reflection
Shadow work exercises
Identity-based coaching
Journaling prompts
Accountability practices
Real-world integration work
Between-session reflection and action steps

Outside of sessions, you will not be left on your own. You will have access to me for support and check-ins through WhatsApp, so you have a place to reach out when things come up in real time, not just once a week.

There are also follow-ups built into the process after the core work is complete. This is to help you stay grounded in what you have built, and to make sure the changes you make actually hold over time.

This work is not always easy. It requires honesty, consistency, and a willingness to show up even when it is uncomfortable.

But it is real, and it is meant to last.

R.E.F.O.R.G.E. is coaching, not therapy.

We may explore identity, patterns, wounds, and emotional experiences, but this work is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace mental health care. If therapy is needed, coaching can work alongside it, not in place of it.
